CANCELLATION POLICY
To secure your appointment, a non-refundable, non-transferable deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit reserves your time and covers the administrative preparation for your service. Please note: • Deposits cannot be refunded for canceled or missed appointments. • Deposits cannot be transferred to another person. • If you need to reschedule, you may do so within [48 hours] of your appointment to retain your deposit. • Appointments rescheduled outside this timeframe will forfeit the deposit and require a new one to rebook.
